Purpose

The check school report screen is used to display and/or determine the status of a report request made from the Report/Student List screen.

Information Provided

School Report Job Status section - This section displays when school report jobs were ran in a table described below.

Column Name	Description
Started	This column displays when the report was started.
Completed	This column displays when the report completed.
Status	This column displays the percentage of how complete the report is.
Students	This column displays how many students will display for the report.
Target From	This column displays the Target From date for Immunization Due Reports being ran for a school list.
Target To	This column displays the Target To date for Immunization Due Reports being ran for a school list.

School Report Status section - This section displays the reports generated from school lists in a table as described below.

Column Name	Description
Name	This column displays the Name of the Report and Time of the Report being ran. The name will display as a hyperlink if the report has finished generating and is available to print.
Type	This column displays the type of report that is being generated.
Requested	This column displays the time of when the report was requested to be generated.
Started	This column displays when the report was started.
Completed	This column displays when the report completed.
Status	This column displays the Status of the Report being generated.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button	Description
	Clicking the Refresh button will refresh the page and status of the reports being generated.
	Clicking the Cancel button will return the user to the previous page.
