Schedule Details |
Purpose |
The Schedule Details screen allows a user to add, delete, and edit series from schedules within their organization.

Description |
Schedule Name |
This is a required field that needs to be entered if creating a new schedule. This is the name of the schedule that the user is creating for the organization. |

Click the Save button to save your schedule. |

Click the Cancel button to cancel any change you might have made. |

Click this button to display the entire schedule in a clear user-friendly manner. |
Description |
This is used for typing in a description for the schedule that is being created. |
Grace Period in Days |
This is used for the number of days (if any) that the user wishes to apply to either the beginning or end of a series for vaccination validation. |
Display vaccine/series recommendations |
This is a check box that if selected will display the Vaccine column within the Vaccines Recommended sections of the Immunization History and Recommendations screens. |
Locked to Others |
This is a check box allows users to lock a schedule. Locking a schedule can only be edited or deleted by the user that created it. |
School Schedule |
This is a check box that if selected will designate the schedule being created as being a school schedule. |
Command Button Functionality

Clicking the Save button will save the schedule that is being created/modified. |

Clicking the Cancel button will cancel any changes the user might have made and return the user to the previous page. |

Clicking the View Complete button will display the entire schedule in a clear user-friendly manner. |
Series Tab - Displays series that are associated with the schedule and enables the user to add/delete/modify series associated with the schedule. Information for all series displays in the Series Details table described below.

This check box is used to allow the user to select which series the user wishes to delete from the schedule. |
Name |
Displays the name of the series as a hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink will display the selected series Schedule Information screen. |
Dose Count |
Displays the number of doses in the series. |
Invoke on Use |
Displays if the series schedule is invoked once a patient receives a does from the series. |
Invoke on Age |
Displays if the series schedule is invoked once a patient reaches a certain age. |
Invoke on High Risk |
Displays if the series schedule is invoked if the patient is at high risk. |

Clicking the Add button will Add a Series to the Schedule and display the Modify Series screen. |

Clicking the Delete button will Remove the selected Series from the Schedule. |
Intergroup Conflict Tab - Displays Vaccine To Vaccine, Vaccine To Vaccine Group, Vaccine Group To Vaccine, and Vaccine Group To Vaccine Group conflicts and enables the user to add/delete/modify these conflicts associated with the schedule. Information for all Intergroup conflicts display in the Conflicting Details table described below.

Source |
Displays the name of the Vaccine Group or Vaccine selected as a source of being in conflict with the Conflicting Vaccine Group or Vaccine in the Conflict column. |
Conflict |
Displays the name of the Vaccine Group or Vaccine that is selected as being in conflict with the Source Vaccine Group or Vaccine in the Source column. |
Beginning Period |
Displays the inclusive number of days that the conflict between the Source column and the Conflict column begins. |
Ending Period |
Displays the inclusive number of days that the conflict between the Source column and the Conflict column ends. |
Adding an Intergroup Conflict - When creating an Intergroup Conflict the conflict only applies in one direction - conflict-to-source. Another conflict will need to be created in the opposite direction for the Intergroup Conflict if the conflict applies in both directions, for instance: Cholera-to-Varicella and Varicella-to-Cholera.
Select the unit type that is the source of the conflict from the Source unit type pick list.
Select the Vaccine or Vaccine Group of the source of the conflict with the Source conflicts pick list.
Select the unit type that is in conflict with the source unit vaccine/vaccine group from the Conflict unit type pick list.
Select the Vaccine or Vaccine Group of the conflict with the source vaccine/vaccine group from the Conflict conflicts pick list.
Enter a numeric value and select a day/month/year value in the Beginning Conflict Period text box and pick list as to when the conflict begins between the vaccines/vaccine groups/vaccine to vaccine groups conflicts specified.
Enter a numeric value and selects a day/month/year value in the Ending Conflict Period text box and pick list as to when the conflict ends between the vaccines/vaccine groups/vaccine to vaccine groups conflicts specified.
Click the Add button to add the conflict entered by selecting/entering the criteria above.

Combination Vaccine Group Tab - Displays combination vaccine groups that are associated with the schedule and enables the user to add/delete/modify combination vaccine groups associated with the schedule.
