Introduction to Vaccine Accountability Reports |
The Vaccine Accountability Reports exist so that a user is able to generate summary and/or detailed vaccine accountability reports about organizations' vaccine inventory transactions.
Purpose |
The Vaccine Accountability Report Request screen is used to select a time period, organization(s) and vaccine funding type(s) for the vaccine accountability report to be generated.
Functionality |
Selecting a Report Time Period - The Begin Date and End Date drop down lists enable a user to select the beginning quarter and ending quarter to be included on the Vaccine Accountability Report. A period of one or more quarters may be selected. Listed below is a description for the Time Period.

Selecting Accountability for Organization - Selecting an organization option determines which organizations are included on the Vaccine Accountability Report. You must select one of these radio buttons.

Selecting this option will return inventory transactions for all organization that have a VFC Status of Active or Suspended. |

Select Individual Organization |
Selecting this option, in addition to one or more organizations from the Organization Name list box, will return inventory transactions for the selected organization(s). If you are a Standard User or Super User, and you belong to one organization, your organization will automatically be a selected organization. |

Select Individual Organization - Selecting this option the user is able to select organizations to be included in the vaccine accountability report.
Adding selected organization(s)
Select one or more organizations from the Organization Name list box.
Press the Add button.
Adding all organizations
Press the Add All button.
Removing selected organization(s)
Select one or more organizations from the Selected Organizations list box.
Press the Remove button.
Removing all organizations
Press the Remove All button.
Selecting Type of Vaccine - Selecting the type of vaccine determines the funding source(s) of the vaccine lots and inventory transactions that will be returned on the vaccine accountability report. The following options are available:
State-Supplied - Select the 'State-Supplied' option to return only State-Supplied vaccine lots and transactions.
Privately Purchased - Select the 'Privately Purchased' option to return only Privately Purchased vaccine lots and transactions.
Both - Select the 'Both' option to return both State-Supplied and Privately Purchased vaccine lots and transactions.
Entering Report Name - This section allows you to enter a Report Name for the Vaccine Accountability Reports you generate. The Report Name field is optional; if the report name is left empty, a report name will be automatically assigned to the report by the system.

When the Generate command button is clicked, a query executes in the database according to the report criteria selected. Depending on the number of inventory transactions associated with the provider organization(s) that are to be reported on, the query may take several minutes to complete. After clicking on Generate, you will be redirected to the Vaccine Accountability Report Status screen where you can monitor the progress of the report query. *Note* |

Clicking the Cancel command button will return the user to the previous page that the user was working on. |

Report Criteria Submission Note
After submitting your report by clicking on the Generate button you can work in any area of the system without interrupting your report or causing system problems. To check on the status of your report click on the check vaccine accountability link in the menu panel.
