Description
Selecting the refresh button will refresh the report status field until a report is complete and status is 100%.
Selecting the cancel button will return you to the main menu.

Purpose |
The Data Quality Report Status screen is used to display and/or determine the status of the ACT or Usual Suspects Report.

Screen Display |
This screen displays the Data Quality Report requests the user has generated.
Data Quality Report Status - This section contains the specific Data Quality Report generation information of the report in the table described below.

Report Name |
If a name was entered in the Report Name field before generating the report, that name will appear as the report name. For the ACT Report the default report name is the organization name selected from the list box in the report selection criteria. When multiple organizations are selected the report name is "Multiple Orgs" For the Usual Suspects default report name is the Begin Date. |

Report Type |
Displays the report type generated. "The Usual Suspects" or "ACT: Accurate, Complete & Timely". |

Begin Date |
This is the quarter, month or date entered in the Begin Date Field when generating the report. |
|
End Date |
This is the quarter, month or date entered in the End Date Field when generating the report. |
|
Status |
The “Status” column displays the current status of each organization report. Any % other than 100% is an approximation of how much of the data has been processed toward report completion. 100% in the status column means the report is complete. Failed in the status column means the report was not able to run |

Completed |
This is the date and time the report completed. |
