Check Reminder List Screen

 Purpose

The check reminder list screen is used to display the status of a Reminder Request in order to preview patients for the reminder request that was made from the request reminder screen.  This screen was primarily developed in order for Provider Organizations to be able to view their patients for state reminder recalls prior to the state reminder recall process being ran.   

 Screen Display

This screen displays a table described below.

Column

Description

Reminder Request Name

Displays the Reminder Request Job Names as a hyperlink that are ready to be previewed.  Clicking the hyperlink will display the Preview Patients screen that will display the organization's patients that will display for this report if it is ran.

Started

Displays the Date and Time of when the report Started generating.

Patients

Displays the final Patient count for the report that was generated.

State Ran

Displays whether or not the Reminder Recall was generated by the State or by the Provider Organization.
