Clicking the Refresh button will refresh the screen for lists in the Upload List Status Table section.

Purpose |
The Upload List Status Screen displays the status of the information for current and past Lists into ALERT IIS.

Column |
Description |
|
Job Name |
Displays the List Name of the List that was submitted. Job Name displays as a hyperlink if the list has completed and is available to be viewed. Clicking on the hyperlink will display the Upload List Details screen. |

User Name |
Displays the User Name initiating the Upload. |

Exchange Data Date |
Displays the Date and Time the List files are uploaded. |
|
Process Start Date |
Displays the Date and Time the List files start Processing. |
|
Process End Date |
Displays the Date and Time the List files stop Processing. |
|
Status |
Displays the current Status of the processed data file (Queued, Processing, Precerted, Error, Exception, Complete.) |
