Upload List Details

Purpose

The Upload List Details displays the returned files and the overall information for the lists being exchanged from ALERT IIS. Once the data is processed by ALERT IIS, there are 3 types of job Status that may be displayed described below.

Complete Job: All the data was processed.
Error Job: An error occurred while processing due to the data file format.

Exception Job: An internal error occurred while processing the data.
Command Button Functionality: Functionality of the command buttons on the screen.
Descriptions: Detailed descriptions of specific table items in the specific job sections.

Complete Job

Download Files section- Displays the type of files available for the users to download.

- Output files will display as hyperlinks in this section followed by the size of the file that was ran.

Download Log section- Displays the type of files being downloaded in a table described below.

Column	Description
File	Displays the File Name that was downloaded.
User Name	Displays the User Name of the User that downloaded the file.
Download Date	Displays the Date and Time the User downloaded the file.

Summary Information section- Displays summary information for the job in a table described below.

Column	Description
Description	Displays the description of the transactions for the List File.
Patient	Displays the number of transactions for the List File for patient records.

Error Job

The Error Job will display the reason for the Error when submitting the List, list files that were submitted for the job that are available to users to download, and information about who is downloading information for the specific List job.

Error section- Displays the reason for the Error when submitting the List job.

Upload Files section- Displays the hyperlinks for the files that were submitted for the List job.

- Clicking the hyperlink will display the file that was uploaded.

Exception Job

The Exception Job will display if an internal error occurred when the List file was processed.

Command Button Functionality

Command button functionality for the screen is described below.

Command Button	Description
	Clicking the Refresh button will refresh the Upload List Details screen.
	Clicking the Cancel button will return the user to the previous screen.

Output File Types- In the table below Output File Types are described in better detail.

Output File Type	Description
Roster List Response File	File that displays summary information for the List job as well as informational messages about specific transactions for the List job.
Roster List of Names With No Match File	File that is returned with information of Names that did not match a name already in the system.
Roster List Inbound File	File that was imported into ALERT IIS.
Roster List Rejected File	File that is returned with information of Names that were rejected.

Summary Information Descriptions	Description
Added	Displays record count of transactions that were added to the list.
Multiple Match	Displays record count of transactions that matched multiple patients in the system already.
No Match	Displays record count of transactions that were new patients not already in the system.
Rejected	Displays record count of transactions that were rejected from entering the list for patient.
