Request Transaction Sum Screen |
Purpose |
The request transaction sum screen exists so that an administrator can generate and print a report containing information on the transactions that have taken place within an organization or within individual sites.
Information Provided |
The Transaction Sum report will produce vaccine transaction data only for those sites that have entered non-historical immunization data into the system. In the event a site is selected that has no transaction data, a message informing the user will be displayed on the report.
Transaction Summary Report Criteria Section - This section allows criteria to be entered in regards to generating the Transaction Summary Report as described below.
Site Pick List - A selection from the Site pick list is required to generate the report. The options in the site pick list are displayed and described in the table below.

This report format produces a single table containing aggregate transaction data for all sites within the provider organization that have given non-historical immunizations. |
--All Sites Listed Separately |
This report format produces a separate table containing per-site transaction data for all sites within the provider organization that have given non-historical immunizations. |
'Site Name' |
This report format produces a single table containing transaction data only for the selected site if that site has given non-historical immunizations. |
Report Date Range - A Report Date Range must be provided to generate the report. Enter the Start Date of the Report in the From text box and the End Date of the Report in the To text box.
