The information provided on the VTrckS Export Job Summary page displays the job files needed to export into VTrckS,  download log information, and Summary Information.

• Download Files: This section contains the files for the job that were requested (VTrckS Export Job Detail, Provider Master Data, Provider Inventory Data, and/or Provider Orders):

• • “VTrckS Export Job Detail” – This is an export response file that includes the export order summary information by organization within a date range entered from the VTrckS Export Request screen.

  • “Provider Master Data” – This file will be a .txt format containing the provider organization's profile information, based on selection criteria from the Add/Edit screen

  • “Provider Ending Inventory Data” –  This file will be a .txt format containing the  provider organization's ending inventory information submitted within 14 days of when an order was placed, based on confirming ending inventory from the “Show Inventory” screen.

  • "Provider Orders" - This file will be a .txt format containing the provider organization's vaccine ordering information, based on vaccines ordered from the “Create Order Main” screen and approved on the “Receive Order” screen.

• Download Log: This will be an audit list of users that have downloaded the file in a table format:

• Summary Information: This will display how many times each type of file was downloaded in a table format:

The functionality on the inventory count screen involves refreshing the inventory count list or deleting an inventory count.
