Purpose |
The Inventory Count screen will display a list of inventory counts by date and is meant to help provider organizations keep track of their submissions to VTrckS.

Information Provided |
The information provided on the Inventory Count page will display a date range a user can manually enter in looking for when inventory counts took place for the provider organization, who submitted the inventory count and the status of the inventory count.
Inventory Count Listing (Provider Organization View) - The Inventory count table will to default to display one year prior to the current day, so all inventory counts taken place for the previous year will display:
The user has the ability to view the current inventory by clicking on the 'Show Inventory' button.
The user has the ability to search for a date range of when an inventory count took place for the provider organization by entering in a date in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields. Once dates have been entered, the user would click the 'Refresh List' button and the screen will refresh to display all inventory counts which took place during the time frame in a table format.

Inventory Count Listing (State User View) - The Inventory Count table will to default to display the inventory counts for the previous three months for all provider organizations who have submitted an inventory count.
The state user has the ability to delete inventory counts by selecting the check mark box next to the inventory count they would like to delete and clicking the 'Delete' button.
The user has the ability to search for a date range of when an inventory count took place for the provider organization by entering in a date in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields. Once dates have been entered, the user would click the 'Refresh List' button and the screen will refresh to display all inventory counts which took place during the time frame in a table format.

Displays the VFC PIN for the organization who submitted the order. |

Displays the user who last updated the inventory count. |

Clicking the Show Inventory button displays the Manage Inventory Site screen which allows adding, editing, viewing and reporting of inventory. |

Clicking the Refresh List button will refresh the inventory count table to display all inventory counts that took place in between the dates entered in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields. |

After selecting the check mar box next to the inventory count the user wants to delete, clicking the delete button will delete the inventory count. |
