Manage Allocation

 Purpose

The Manage Allocation screen will display at a glance vaccine request data for a selected Vaccine Request event.

Column

Description

Event Code

All currently open vaccine events will display in drop down list.

NDC

Displays the NDC of the vaccine lot also the NDC is a hyper link. Clicking on the NDC, will display the Allocate Requested NDC screen.

Trade Name

This column displays the Trade name of the vaccine.

Packaging

This column displays the packaging information for the vaccine.

Type

Displays the  type of vaccine e.g. VFC, Flu Pool and Pandemic.

Total Bulk Ordered

This column will be the smallest order that can be placed based on NDC screen calculations (units per package x doses per unit).  

Total Requested

The column displays the sum of provider vaccine requests for this NDC and associated Event.

 Total Allocated

This column displays the sum of all allocated doses.

Total Drawn Down

This column displays the Sum of all provider drawdowns for this NDC associated and associated Event.

Total Returned to Pool

This column displays the sum of all state allocated doses that were returned to the allocation pool.

Total Outstanding

This column displays the difference between Total Requested and Total Allocated for this NDC and associated Event

 

 

Column

Description

Vaccine Request Window

 Displays the vaccine request prebooked Status Window From and To dates saved on the Add/Edit Event screen

Name

 Displays the name of the event  description saved on the Add/Edit Event screen

Status

This column indicates if the vaccine request is prebooked or if a late request was made

NDC

 Displays the NDC selected on the Manage Allocation screen.

Trade Name

 Displays the Trade Name for the NDC selected on the Manage Allocation screen.

Packaging

This column displays  the Packaging for the NDC selected on the Manage Allocation screen.

Manufacturer

This column  displays the Manufacturer for the NDC selected on the Manage Allocation screen

Type

This column displays the Type for the NDC selected on the Manage Allocation screen.

Organization Type

Displays a list of organization types for filtering a search.

Search Field

Displays drop down list that contains provider organization fields for filtering a search

Search String

Displays a text box used to enter characters for conducting a search.

Description

Substitute Vaccine

Displays a drop down box for selection of an alternate vaccine that can be allocated.  

Organization

Displays the organization that submitted the order.

VFC PIN

This column displays the VFC PIN of the provider

Status

This column indicates the request status of the vaccine e.g. Prebooked or Late

Doses Requested

This column indicates the number of doses that can be ordered.

Doses Allocated

This column indicates the number of doses assigned to the provider.

Substitute Allocated

displays the number of vaccines that are alternated.

Balance Due

This column displays the number of doses remaining when doses are substituted, allocated from the doses requested.

Doses To allocate 

This columns indicates the number of doses that can be requested.

Hold Allocation

When  the column header select box is checked, all check boxes in the Hold Allocation column will be selected or deselected, if an individual row check box is selected, any button clicked to submit the page will skip the row selected.

 

 

 

 Command Button

Description

Clicking the Save button will saves all changes made.

Clicking the Receive New Allocation button pop-up window will appear for entering and saving a number of doses,  that are available to allocate.

Clicking the Auto Allocate button, a Maximum doses to auto-allocate screen will be displayed entering/saving the maximum number of doses to be auto-allocated to each organization.

Clicking the Clear Allocations button the Doses to Allocate fields will revert to blank

 

Clicking the Cancel button will display the previous screen the user was on.

 

Clicking the Search button will enable a user to enter characters for conducting a search,search string is  case insensitive .
