Manage Event Organization

 Purpose

The Manage Event Organizations screen is used manage the list of included organizations for a pandemic response event or preparedness exercise. The user can search for organizations and add them to the event or remove organizations from the list.

Fields Displayed

Two tables exist on the Manage Event Organizations screen: The Included Organizations table and the Search Results table. Both tables contain the same fields listed in the following table.

Field Name

Description

Code

This is the organization code, also know as Short Name.

Name

This is the name of the organization.

Type

This is the type of the organization

 Functionality

Command Button

Description

Clicking the Save button will save the included organization list.

Clicking the Cancel button no changes to the Included Organization List will be saved and the user will be returned to the previous screen.

X

When the "X" icon is clicked, the associated organization is removed from the Included Organizations list. It is not added to the Search Results table. To locate the organization again, another organization search must be performed.

When the Remove All button is clicked, all organizations in the Included Organizations list are removed. To locate the organizations again, another organization search must be performed.

+

When the "+" icon is clicked, the associated organization is added to the Included Organizations list. It is removed from the Search Results table.

When the Add All button is clicked, all organizations in the Search Results table are added to the Included Organizations list. The organizations are removed from the Search Results table.
