Aggregate Report Screen |

Purpose |
The Aggregate Reports screen is used to obtain weekly aggregate reports for a pandemic response event or preparedness exercise (such as the response event to a pandemic Influenza outbreak), which are then submitted to the Countermeasure and Response Administration system.

Event Code |
Name of the pandemic response event or preparedness exercise displayed as a hyperlink when clicked the aggregate report will be displayed. |

Date Generated |
Date the aggregate report was generated. |

Report End Date |
End date of the report. |
|
Report weeks |
Displays the number of weeks calculated in the aggregate report. An aggregate report that spans multiple weeks contains recalculated counts for all previous weeks. |

Event Begin Date |
Begin date of the event. |
|
Event End Date |
End date of the event. An ongoing or future event may not have an end date listed. |
