Add/ Edit Event Screen

 Purpose

The Event  Screen is used to view, enter, or edit an event.

 Required Fields

Field Name

Description

 Event Code

This is the event code for the event that will be displayed on the weekly aggregate reports submitted to the Countermeasure and Response Administration (CRA) system. The event code is limited to 20 alphanumeric characters and cannot have punctuation or spaces.

Description

This is the long description of the event, which is displayed for ALERT IIS users. The description allows 60 characters, and (unlike the event code) punctuation and spaces are allowed.

Field Name

Description

              Vaccine Request Window Status

Selecting  the radio button options open or closed.

Vaccine Request Prebooked  Status Windows Date

The display text box allows users to enter date manually or select date using the calendar icon.

         System-wide Days to Auto-return Doses to Pool

This text box displays the number of days doses will automatically be returned to the  inventory.

Select the products

The products can be  selected or deselected,  any or all products from both list box.

Field Name

Description

                                      Begin Date

This is the  begin date  of the event.  This is a required field.

                                        End Date

This is the end date of the event. An ongoing or future event may not have an end date listed

                                     Project Area

This is the Partner jurisdiction(s) or project area(s) that are recognized as valid values for submitting aggregate reports to the CRA system. Oregon has one Valid Value "Oregon" for reporting. If there are multiple valid project areas, a pick list will be displayed, so the user may select a project area for the event

                                 Report Run Days

The default report run day is Tuesday. If the user would like the report to run more often, simply check the day the user would like the report to run. The report is set up to run in the early morning hours of the day selected.

 

Field Name

Description

 Selected Products (NDC - Trade Name)

This is the selected NDC products from the  Add/Edit Screen.

Type

This column displays the type of vaccine e.g. VFC, Flu Pool and Pandemic.

Bulk Order

The text box displays  quantity of bulk orders that  can be placed by the user.

  Bulk Order date

  Displays the date the bulk  order was placed.

Vaccine Request Cut-Off Date

This column displays the cut-off date an NDC/Type.

Command Button

Description

Clicking the Add button will move the product selected from the left list box to the right list box.

Clicking the Add all button will move selected products from the left list box to the right list box.

Clicking the Remove button will move product from the right list box to the left list box.

Clicking  the Remove All button will move products from the right list box to the left list box.

Clicking the Add Bulk Order button will populate the Manage Event Bulk Orders screen.

Clicking the Save button saves all fields entered.

Clicking the Cancel button will return user to event maintenance screen without saving changes.
