Check Status

 

 Purpose

The Check Status Screen displays the status of the information for current and past data exchange into the ALERT IIS.

Filter

Description

Exchange Data Status

Filters the Data Exchange jobs that display in the Exchange Data Status Table section according to the selection made and the refresh button being clicked.

Transport Type

Filters the Data Exchange jobs that display in the Exchange Data Status Tables section according to the selection made and the Refresh button being clicked.

Message Control ID

Filters the Data Exchange jobs that display in the Exchange Data Status Tables section according to the Message Control ID entered and the Search button being clicked. The MSH-10 field contains the Message Control ID.

Command Button

Description

Clicking the Refresh button will refresh the list of Data Exchange jobs in the Exchange Data Status Table section.

Column

Description

Job Name

Displays the Job Name of the Data Exchange job that was submitted or extract that was extracted.  Job Name displays as a hyperlink if the job has completed and is available to be viewed.  Clicking on the hyperlink will display the Exchange Data Details screen.

Job ID

Displays the Data Exchange Job ID

User Name

Displays the User Name initiating the data exchange or extract job.

Exchange Data Date

Displays the Date and Time the data files are uploaded.

Process Start Date

Displays the Date and Time the data files start Processing.

Process End Date

Displays the Date and Time the data files stop Processing.

Status

Displays the current Status of the processed data file (Queued, Processing, Precertified, Error, Exception, Complete.)
